Teen Vision makes and donates face masks during COVID-19.

Last month, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommended people wear face masks when in public settings to slow the spread of the novel coronavirus as some people who are asymptomatic (do not have any symptoms) or pre-symptomatic (eventually develop symptoms) may transmit the virus to others.   Teen Vision believes it is imperative to help our community and we have made and donated 134 face masks to doctor’s offices and Jo-Ann fabrics that distribute the masks to health care workers and senior citizens.  Most of our masks are made with three layers: cotton-flannel-cotton or cotton-poly/spandex/chiffon-cotton.
